Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm EST
Location: Pensacola, FL 32514 – ONSITE
Position: Logistics Router

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Schedule/Plan daily fixture returns plan between Project Sites and transit yards back to factories to include carrier coordination, document preparation, tracking and delivery confirmation of all shipments
• Communicate with various parts of the supply chain, providing status updates and reports of shipments to suppliers, carriers, buyers, and operations leaders as needed
• Analyze the clients demand plan and sourcing equipment Line of Balance to identify appropriate carrier and equipment type to execute required delivery timeline of all factory fixture components
• Communicate between the plant, logistics team and project site teams potential delays
• Manage the truck / rail fixture inventory at the Pensacola factory, to include turning gears and battery boxes
• Back up the Pensacola Onsite Logistics Specialist duties when required
• Assist with fixture lot inventories and physical inventory counts/audits both onsite and at offsite locations
• Collaborate with sourcing team or source transportation suppliers as needed to meet all delivery timelines and transportation requirements
• Provide carrier performance feedback to sourcing team for proper management of carriers
• Update and maintain all systems of record with accurate, timely shipment information
• Proactive management of shipment schedules to meet all deliveries of components and all internal metric deliverables
• Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required to meet the clients demand plan

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience working in Logistics/Supply Chain/Project Management or related field
• Able to connect and communicate across all levels of internal colleagues/stakeholders.
• Advanced Proficiency in MS Excel, Moderate Proficiency in all other MS Office programs; Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Fluent and proficient in both spoken and written English
• Willing to work outside in various weather conditions
Desired Characteristics:
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Project Management, or Business Management)
• 2+ years of experience with shipping/receiving at a manufacturing warehouse or similar facility
• Working knowledge and application of Inventory Management
• Capability to learn new software quickly and integrate knowledge into solutions
• Ability to multitask in a demanding work environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to handle high pressure, time sensitive issues
• Exceptional planning, organizing and follow-up skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, both proactive and reactive
• A self-starter, passion for improvement, and desire to learn
• Good oral and written communication skills
