Job Title: Payroll Processor
Location: Fenton, MI
Duration: Temporary Long Term
Pay: $21-$23
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Overview:
Kelly Services is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support a client in Fenton, MI. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and experienced in payroll processing using Paycor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly or weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees using Paycor
- Maintain and update employee payroll records
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and tax information
- Collaborate with HR and accounting to ensure accuracy in payroll and reporting
- Prepare reports related to payroll and timekeeping as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of payroll administration experience required
- Previous experience with Paycor is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems
