Metal Treatment Technician – $23.01/HR + $0.50 on 2nd
2nd Shift: 3PM-11PM M-F
Key Responsibilities
-
Schedule case prep/treat equipment clean-out and recharge cycles
-
Coordinate disposal of hazardous materials in compliance with regulations
-
Monitor TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) responsibilities for all prep/treat equipment
-
Track chemical inventory and coordinate re-order points with suppliers (BGL)
-
Perform titrations on phosphating equipment according to run charts
-
Manage Kanban and spot orders to maintain smooth workflow
-
Maintain accurate paperwork, logs, and process charts
-
Perform other duties as directed by supervision
Qualifications

Excellent attendance record
-
Ability to perform physical demands of the role: moderate lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, etc.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
