Senior QC Analyst – Windsor, CO
Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Senior QC Analyst for full-time, direct-hire position at a leading pharmaceutical company. Type: Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $45.00 – $50.00/hour based on experience + shift differential
Schedule: Full-Time, On-site, Sunday – Thursday 1500 – 2330
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform complex analysis and method transfers with advanced techniques.
- Document activities per GMP guidelines.
- Mentor QC analysts and ensure quality standards.
- Handle instrumentation maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical recommendations and review updates.
- Participate in safety and hazardous waste management.
- Foster a collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Chemistry/Biochemistry preferred.
- 6+ years in analytical lab experience.
- Proficient with HPLC, FTIR, GPC, GC, and UV-Vis.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, ICH regulations.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
