We’re Hiring: Product Administrator – Lighting Industry | $23–$27/hr | Direct Hire
Los Angeles, CA 90040 | Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm
Are you a detail-driven admin rockstar with a knack for organizing data and keeping things running smoothly? Join a dynamic team as a Product Administrator supporting product launches, pricing updates, and product lifecycle management — all while keeping things efficient, accurate, and well-documented.
Bonus if you’ve worked with lighting products — LEDs, retrofits, or recessed fixtures are right up your alley!


What You’ll Do:

  • Own and manage product and pricing data across multiple systems

  • Support the rollout of new products and engineering changes

  • Audit product info across catalogs, databases, websites & packaging

  • Retire outdated SKUs and keep systems tidy

  • Be a go-to admin partner for product design and supply chain teams

  • Suggest improvements to streamline processes and boost efficiency

What You Bring:

  • Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred!)

  • Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills

  • Killer attention to detail & top-notch organizational chops

  • Solid communication skills — written, verbal & phone

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball

  • Bonus: Lighting industry experience
