Job details
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Associate Supply Chain professional to join our team in Juncos, PR with a salary starting at $27 per hour. In this role, you will execute predefined inventory and production strategies, planning work orders to ensure that supply meets defined inventory targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly and monthly capacity planning to align with production goals.
- Support product launches and revisions, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
- Represent the planning department in short-term improvement initiatives, planning, and product meetings within Operations.
- Plan standard and non-standard production orders, ensuring all resources are aligned for execution.
- Manage short-term capacity planning to optimize production schedules.
- Oversee inventory management of finished goods and intermediates to maintain stock levels.
- Communicate and manage critical items within the internal organization to ensure transparency and efficiency.
- Handle Material and Production Master Data Management to maintain accurate records.
Education/Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED with 4 years of directly related work experience; OR
- Associate’s degree with 2 years of directly related work experience; OR
- Bachelor’s degree with 6 months of directly related work experience; OR
- Master’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with SAP is highly desirable.
