Now Hiring: Machine/Press Operators – Multiple Shifts Available
Location: Wyoming, NY
Pay/Shift:

  • 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM): $16.75/hr

  • 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM): $17.75/hr

  • 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM): $17.75/hr

Looking to get your foot in the door with a reputable manufacturing facility? We’re currently hiring Machine/Press Operators for a fast-paced, full-time opportunity in the Wyoming, NY area. This is a long-term role with the potential for permanent hire, pay increases, and full benefits!

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Running production equipment in a rubber manufacturing environment

  • Monitoring machines to ensure uptime and accuracy

  • Accurately completing basic production paperwork and job tracking

  • Performing in-process quality checks to maintain zero-defect output

  • Following standard operating procedures and all safety guidelines

  • Communicating with your supervisor about production flow and issues

Ideal Candidates Will:

  • Be comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing throughout the shift

  • Have good attention to detail and hand-eye coordination

  • Be reliable and ready to work in a team environment

  • Take pride in maintaining quality standards and productivity
