Now Hiring: Machine/Press Operators – Multiple Shifts Available
Location: Wyoming, NY
Pay/Shift:
- 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM): $16.75/hr
- 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM): $17.75/hr
- 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM): $17.75/hr
Looking to get your foot in the door with a reputable manufacturing facility? We’re currently hiring Machine/Press Operators for a fast-paced, full-time opportunity in the Wyoming, NY area. This is a long-term role with the potential for permanent hire, pay increases, and full benefits!
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Running production equipment in a rubber manufacturing environment
- Monitoring machines to ensure uptime and accuracy
- Accurately completing basic production paperwork and job tracking
- Performing in-process quality checks to maintain zero-defect output
- Following standard operating procedures and all safety guidelines
- Communicating with your supervisor about production flow and issues
Ideal Candidates Will:
- Be comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing throughout the shift
- Have good attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Be reliable and ready to work in a team environment
- Take pride in maintaining quality standards and productivity
