What’s a typical day as a Business Support Coordinator I? You’ll be:
– Providing essential support to the procurement department by managing purchase orders, tracking invoices, and maintaining the contract database.
– Assisting in the development of policies and procedures while supporting supplier relationships.
– Compiling and analyzing data to create reports and provide insights on function-specific policies and procedures.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Have a High School diploma and 1-3 years of administrative or related experience.
– Possess proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with strong capabilities in manipulating spreadsheets.
– Demonstrate solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
