Now Hiring: Social Media & Marketing Coordinator – Make an Impact with a Mission-Driven Nonprofit!
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday–Friday | 8:00AM – 5:00PM
- Pay: $24.00-27.00/hr
Kelly is seeking a creative, detail-driven, and digital-savvy Social Media/Marketing Coordinator for a non-profit public benefit organization in San Bernardino, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who wants to use their marketing talents to make a real difference in the community.
The Ideal Candidate:
You’re passionate about storytelling, digital engagement, and building brand presence across platforms. You love turning strategy into scroll-stopping content and driving results through innovation, consistency, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead digital marketing strategy across social media, email, influencer partnerships, and content development
- Create and publish compelling, on-brand content across all digital channels
- Write engaging press releases and craft stories that elevate the organization’s mission
- Manage and grow all social media accounts (organic posts, reels/stories, campaigns)
- Build and maintain a marketing calendar aligned with organizational goals
- Design eye-catching digital assets using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Foster community engagement and respond to inquiries with professionalism and care
- Plan and execute high-impact email marketing campaigns (e.g., Constant Contact)
- Manage website content updates and improvements
- Track and report performance metrics across campaigns and channels
- Stay ahead of digital trends to keep content fresh and effective
- Collaborate cross-functionally on additional marketing initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in social media management, content creation, and graphic design
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field
- Strong knowledge of social trends, digital strategy, and influencer marketing
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, Microsoft 365, and social media scheduling tools
- Experience with website content management and analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
