Location: San Jose
Pay: $25.00-30.00
Shift: 1st 9am-5:30pm, 2nd 4:30pm-1am (tentative)
Contract: Temp-perm
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Sample Receiving Team. This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in English, quick to learn new systems, and committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and focus. You will play a critical role in the intake, labeling and handling of samples in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, log, and organize incoming samples accurately
- Operate basic computer systems and software.
- Handle printing and labeling samples with care and precision
- Communicate clearly with team members and follow instructions promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and personal hygiene standards at all times
- Support other warehouse operations as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
- Comfortable using computers, printers, and learning new software/applications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs
- Physically fit and able to stand or move for extended periods
- Punctual, dependable, and focused
- Willingness to work flexible hours Monday through Saturday
- Minimum of 6.5 productive working hours per day
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required
