Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Reports To: Warehouse Manager
FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, packing, and distributing materials and products within the warehouse. This role ensures the efficient, accurate, and safe handling of goods, while maintaining compliance with company quality standards and safety procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operations:

Review sales orders to determine items to be picked, packed, or shipped

Transport materials from receiving to storage racks or designated areas
-
Sort and place items on shelves, bins, or racks according to type, size, color, or product sequence

Pull materials from stock and distribute to operations as needed

Assemble customer orders and stage them for shipment
- Operate forklift to transport material
- Must Be Fork Lift Certified

Scan barcodes and record inventory data accurately
Quality and Safety:

Comply with company quality and safety procedures

Participate in scheduled inventory counts

Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Physical Demands:

Operate forklifts and powered equipment

Perform frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and crawling

Lift and move items up to 50 lbs

Communicate effectively and record information

Distinguish colors accurately
Work Environment:

Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts

Occasional exposure to dust or airborne particles
-
Moderate noise level; hearing protection may be required
