Job Title: Travel/Sales Agent
Location: Houston, TX
Pay: $17.50 hr plus commissions
Schedule: Full-Time mon-fri 8am-5pm

Position Overview:
We are seeking a personable and service-oriented Travel/Sales Agent . The ideal candidate is passionate about faith-based travel, skilled in customer service and sales, and capable of planning and booking religious tours and pilgrimages. This role involves assisting clients with travel arrangements, promoting upcoming tours, and ensuring a seamless and uplifting experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and recommend appropriate religious tour packages

Book flights, hotels, tours, and transportation for individuals and groups

Promote and sell travel packages through phone, email, and social media channels

Provide detailed information about destinations, itineraries, and religious significance

Manage client bookings, confirmations, and travel documentation

Coordinate with vendors, tour guides, and travel partners to ensure smooth trip execution

Assist with payment processing and follow-up communications

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and client satisfaction benchmarks
Qualifications:

Prior experience in travel booking, sales, or customer service preferred

Familiarity with faith-based travel, religious destinations, or church communities a plus

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with multi-tasking

Proficient in Microsoft Office and travel booking platforms (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, or similar)

Bilingual skills (Spanish, Portuguese, etc.) a plus
