Job Title: Bilingual Administrative Assistant
Location: Angleton, TX 77515
Pay Rate: $17/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant . The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, with strong organizational skills and experience in administrative support tasks. You will be responsible for managing status reports, creating invoices, generating bills of lading, and maintaining proper documentation as new work comes in.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform data entry for job status reports and customer records

Create and manage invoices and bills of lading
-
Set up new job folders when work orders are received
-
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
-
Use Excel for spreadsheets, tracking, and reporting

Use Microsoft Word for document creation and formatting

Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and clients in both English and Spanish

Provide general office support and administrative assistance as needed
Qualifications:

Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)

1+ year of administrative or clerical experience

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
-
Experience with invoicing or logistics documentation is a plus
