About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our Honda team in Torrance, CA. This role focuses on developing engaging eLearning content using Articulate Storyline 360, supporting various training initiatives within the automotive industry. Must work 100% onsite.
Job Title: Instructional Designer
Location: 1919 Torrance Blvd, Torrance, CA 90501
Pay: $40.67
Key Responsibilities:

Develop interactive online training content using Articulate Storyline 360

Create animations and visuals within the tool’s capabilities
-
Design assessments (quizzes, tests, etc.) to measure learning effectiveness
-
Maintain organized project documentation and files
-
Coordinate project meetings with instructional designers and illustrators
Required Skills:
-
Strong ability to visualize instructional graphics and UI layouts
-
Experience interpreting storyboards and turning them into interactive learning experiences
-
Ability to produce high-quality animations and asset positioning to drive learning outcomes
-
Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Suite, and Articulate tools
-
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
-
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
-
2+ years of experience using Articulate Storyline 360
-
Experience creating eLearning with graphics and voice narration
-
Familiarity with dealership retail operations
-
Knowledge of automotive vehicle systems
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
