Inventory Control Coordinator
We are seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to join our team in Southern Pines, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and managing the flow of materials across multiple assembly lines.
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $16 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update daily inventory accuracy reports and MDI boards.
- Oversee shared parts allocation across various lines and tools.
- Verify part quantities received by assemblers for accuracy.
- Ensure all Outside Services Vendor (OSV) work orders are issued before shipment.
- Coordinate with engineers for stock requisitions and re-manufacturing of parts.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve issues with unplanned parts.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to generate inventory reports.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred experience in inventory control, materials coordination, or warehouse operations.
