Job details
Position: Office Clerk
Position Summary: The Office Clerk is responsible for executing general administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the office.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 Technical Support.
- Handle notifications and documentation requests.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and file documents appropriately.
- Download and upload client information.
- Engage in outreach communications to assist users and clients with service access.
- Complete tasks and instructions as directed by supervisors.
General Requirements:
- Strong communication skills; understanding of business and analytical concepts.
- Possess good values with a cultural fit; excellent creativity and critical thinking abilities.
- Exhibit honesty, loyalty, confidentiality, and strong analytical skills.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, a fast learner, and excellent in teamwork.
- Emotional control, strong work ethic, proficiency in G Suite, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software preferred.
Specific Requirements:
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Familiarity with office equipment like printers and fax machines.
- Excellent time management skills and prioritization abilities.
