Kelly Services is seeking an organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Clayton, NC. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to four senior executives. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in a dynamic environment with the potential for permanent placement.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
Salary: $34.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the daily calendars of senior executives, including booking flights and coordinating travel plans.
- Organize onsite events and meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled effectively.
- Support the onboarding process for new team members.
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
- Perform general administrative duties as required to support executives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
