Extrusion Press Operator (Entry-Level – Will Train)
Location: Franklin, NH
Company: Leading custom metal (CNC) manufacturer

Our client is a leading custom metal components manufacturer specializing in aluminum extrusion, fabrication, and machining. We’re growing and looking for motivated individuals ready to build a long-term career in manufacturing.

Schedule & Pay:
Training Schedule (First 3–4 Months):

  • Monday–Thursday

    • 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM: $19.00/hr


    • 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM: $20.90/hr


Post-Training Schedule (Monday–Friday):

  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM: $19.80/hr


  • 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM: $21.85/hr


  • Weekly Pay


  • Temp-to-Hire Opportunity


  • Overtime Available on Fridays

Key Responsibilities:
As an Extrusion Press Operator, you will:

  • Operate and monitor extrusion press equipment safely and effectively.


  • Conduct visual inspections and etch testing to ensure quality standards.


  • Follow ISO quality control procedures.


  • Use the EPICS system to manage job flow and communicate job status.


  • Coordinate with supervisors and team members to address issues and ensure timely completion of orders.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.


  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.


  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret measuring tolerances.


  • Completion of Lock Out Tag Out and Hazardous Material Communication training (or willingness to complete upon hire).
