Key Responsibilities:
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on student needs.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform planning.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to integrate behavioral supports.
- Provide training and support to staff on the implementation of behavior strategies.
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
