Kelly® Professional & Industrial is partnering with a leading Food Manufacturing company to hire reliable and motivated Assembly & Packaging Operators in Penn Yan, NY. Position Details:
Schedule:
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Overnight Shift)
Rotating Schedule: Work no more than 3 days in a row—with 3-day weekends every other week!
What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Assembly & Packaging Operator, you’ll play a key role in supporting production operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Loading packaging machines with bundles of boxes
-
Stacking finished cases on pallets and loading them onto conveyors
-
Operating equipment like labelers, ink-jet printers, box erectors, and case packers
-
Using hand tools such as wrenches and pallet jacks
-
Cleaning machines and keeping your work area organized
-
Conducting quality checks to ensure product standards are met

Assisting with other general duties as needed
What You’ll Need to Succeed:

High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
-
Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
-
Previous experience in food production is a plus—but not required!
