Location: Smithfield, VA
Schedule: Full-time | 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday | TEMP 1-3 MONTHS
Department: Talent Acquisition / Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:

Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative recruitment tasks

Screen incoming resumes to help identify qualified candidates for professional roles

Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Assist with light interviewing responsibilities, as needed

Ensure timely follow-up and a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications:
-
Experience in interview scheduling
-
Strong organizational and communication skills
-
Ability to multitask and manage scheduling across multiple stakeholders
-
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Workday experience is a plus)
