Job Type: Temporary- 6months- contract could go longer
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm and 9am to 6pm- schedule changes depending on time of year
Payrate: $18.00 hourly.
Start date– July 7th- Dec 19th 2025
Job Summary:
The Client Services Assistant (CSA) ensures access to medical services at all 4 locations for student populations via the phone, online or in-person. The CSAs are part of the Patient Services Team and are assigned as needed to work the Call Center or Front Desk on multiple floors/locations. Therefore, this position serves as a vital link in the communication chain between the patient and caregiver and access to the services provided.
Requirements:
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of medical office experience.
- 2 years experience working with Microsoft Office.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Responsible for patient registration, scheduling, check-in/out, and posting self-pay medical charges and payments.
- Ensuring that confidential patient information (demographics and insurance data) is accurately entered or updated into medical operating system.
- Processing phone, walk-in, and online appointment requests, tasking and instant messaging, verifying student eligibility.
- Scanning insurance ID cards.
- Adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Attends team meetings as assigned.
- Perform other clerical and administrative duties supporting the clinic and Patient Services Team operations.
