Assembly & Production Associates B/C Shift – Start ASAP in Lima! | Weekly Pay
Looking to get to work quickly? We’re hiring for assembly and production roles in Lima, NY. These are temp-to-hire positions with long-term potential in a clean, team-oriented environment. Paid training included!
Shifts & Pay:
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Mon–Fri) | $17.60/hr
- 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM (Sun–Thurs) | $18.40/hr
Note: 3rd shift starts with training on 1st or 2nd.
Weekly Pay | Paid Training | Temp-to-Hire
Job Duties Include:
- Assembling or collating plastic products by hand or with machines
- Operating lamination or collation equipment (training provided)
- Inspecting finished products for defects or accuracy
- Packaging, labeling, and organizing materials for shipping
- Maintaining clean and orderly workstations
- Following written instructions and safety procedures
Before You Start:
- Interview and on-site facility tour required
- Start could be same-day or next-day after interview approval
Requirements:
- Must be dependable with reliable transportation
- Comfortable standing, moving, and working with hands
- Ability to read/write English
- Good attendance and teamwork attitude expected
Dress Code:
- Casual, comfortable clothing (jeans, t-shirts, closed-toe shoes; shorts allowed)
- No steel-toe boots required
