Job Title: Warehouse Picker (General Warehouse)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Note: Overtime is required for all shifts.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Picker/Packer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our pick-to-light system and other warehouse zones, including order picking, packing, and product handling.
Key Responsibilities:

Create and print labels and prepare boxes according to zone and order priority

Build packaging tailored to product size and shipment requirements
-
Use RF scanners to identify product locations and contents
-
Verify product numbers with corresponding SKU labels
-
Apply basic math skills to determine correct pick quantities
-
Request product replenishment when inventory is low
-
Transfer completed orders to the appropriate zone
-
Unload products from both floor-loaded and pallet-loaded trailers

Lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs as needed

Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:

Ability to consistently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs

Capable of full range of motion throughout shift

Able to stand and work for extended periods of time
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
