Pay: $23.00 – $25.00/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Regional Operations Manager to keep our outside sales team running smoothly and our customers satisfied. You’ll be the go-to point of contact for sales support, customer inquiries, and order coordination—helping drive both efficiency and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the main liaison between the Regional Operations Manager and the outside sales team.

Provide daily administrative and sales support to help the team meet targets.

Process orders, prepare quotes, and assist with pricing and product availability.

Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolutions.

Keep accurate records of customer accounts, orders, and activities in the CRM system.

Generate and distribute sales reports, territory updates, and performance metrics.

Coordinate logistics for deliveries, returns, and other order-related needs.

Organize regional meetings, training sessions, and sales events.

Support marketing initiatives by coordinating promotional materials and outreach.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Regional Operations Manager.
Requirements
-
High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred).

2+ years in inside sales, sales support, or customer service—distribution industry experience a plus.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience preferred.

Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Capable of working independently and within a team.
