Location: Allendale, Michigan
Salary: $65,000 + (Depending Exp)
Job Type: Full-Time / Direct Hire
Shift: Monday – Friday | Normal Business Hours
Role Overview: Salesperson needed for growing metal fabrication and dust collection company. Five years sales experience in the sheet metal and/or material collection industry. A wide knowledge base covering sheet metal applications is a plus.
Key Duties:
- Apply product knowledge to marketing;/Sales of goods and services
- Apply sales techniques to best serve our customers
- Identify best products for customers needs.
- Practice “Honesty and Integrity” in all matters
- Develop sales plan to grow sales/ cold calling, prospecting, and networking.
- Develop solid customer relationships.
- Sell products and services.
- Develop, present, and price customer solutions.
- Oversee installations in conjunction with field crews.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure relationship continues.
- Expand customer base by attracting new customers.
Essential Skills:
- Ability to accurately measure and draw sketches
- Mechanically Inclined
- Knowledge of calculating CFM’s and static pressure
- Computer skills (Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Ability to read blue prints
- Project management skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD a plus
- Accurate record keeping
- Time management skills
- Effective communication skill
