Job Title: Materials Manager
Location: Midlothian, TX
Pay: $80,000 – $100,000 annually
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you a seasoned professional in beverage or aseptic manufacturing with a passion for materials management and supply chain optimization? We’re hiring a Materials Manager to lead the planning, procurement, and inventory operations at a high-performing manufacturing facility serving some of the nation’s top brands and retailers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead a cross-functional materials management team, driving performance in scheduling, procurement, inventory, and warehousing.
- Balance inventory levels to meet dynamic customer demand while reducing excess and obsolete stock.
- Develop and maintain production schedules that optimize manufacturing throughput and efficiency.
- Manage procurement strategies and vendor relationships to ensure timely material availability and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee all shipping, receiving, and inter-plant logistics activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Oracle ERP systems; conduct regular counts and reconciliations.
- Leverage Oracle ASCP and related modules for advanced scheduling, planning, and inventory control.
- Track key performance indicators and lead continuous improvement projects to optimize material flow and space utilization.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and GMP standards across all material handling operations.
- Partner with site leadership to drive cross-functional performance and operational excellence.
Why You’d Be a Great Fit:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- 5–7 years in a leadership role within production planning, inventory, or logistics.
- Proven background in beverage or aseptic manufacturing—this is required for consideration.
- Hands-on experience with warehouse management, procurement, cost control, and logistics.
- Proficient in Oracle ERP systems; Oracle ASCP experience highly preferred.
- Advanced skills in Excel and data-driven problem-solving.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
