Kelly is looking for someone to fill a Bilingual Discounter Representative role with our customer Nissan at their Mississauga location. What’s a typical day in this role? You will be doing/taking care of:
- It involves customer service but instead of dealing with the end customers, you will be working with Dealers to ensure compliance and address any missing information or issues.
- Handling approximately 30 to 40 calls per day
- Review of assigned queue and tasks is required on a daily basis.
- Respond to all inbound phone calls for designated queue Respond to customer and dealer inquiries according to dept. policies and procedures Research and reconcile accounts, maintain accurate records of incoming phone calls.
- Share other department administrative responsibilities including responding to faxes or inquiries from dealers Assess and collect charges and fees due at maturity.
- Review customer accounts, calculate outstanding balances, excess km charges, NCFI fees
Requirements
- Bilingualism (English & French) would be a strong asset.
- Minimum High School education required, University or College degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Customer Service/Call Center environment.
- Capacity to maintain a customer focus in challenging circumstances and with high call volumes.
- Strong communication, good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent ability to multi-task and attention to detail is required

- Location: Headquarter of Nissan Canada Inc. through Kelly Services, Mississauga, close to Highway 401 & 427 (accessible by Public Transportation)
- Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm with a rotation of 12PM to 8PM one week out of every three weeks. Monday to Wednesday in the office and working from home rest of the week.
- This is an ongoing assignment through Kelly Services
- $25.00hr (bilingual English & French) + 4% Vacation Pay + Eligible Statutory Holiday Pay + Vehicle Purchase Plan + Kelly Services Benefits available
- Prompt weekly pay via direct deposit
