Position: Program Manager
Job Description:
RCS Program Manager to lead the transformation of our Renewable Customer Service (RCS) portal and processes. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for all RCS system-related matters, driving improvements in system functionality, process efficiency, and data integration. The ideal candidate will have a high level of ownership, accountability, and proficiency with data management tools.
This role involves close collaboration with engineering teams to accelerate RCS dispositions, contributing to the reduction of RCS cycle time, and supporting customer-facing activities including warranty reviews and daily alignment meetings. The RCS Program Manager will also be responsible for tracking performance against KPIs and ensuring timely execution of program deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the focal point for the Renewable Customer Service (RCS) portal.
- Lead the revamp and optimization of RCS systems and processes.
- Collaborate with engineering to accelerate disposition cycles and reduce turnaround times.
- Contribute to daily warranty alignment meetings with internal teams.
- Track, report, and drive progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Document, plan, and execute program improvements in alignment with leadership goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience with data management tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability in managing complex programs.
- Experience working with engineering and technical teams in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Characteristics:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to document processes, plan programs, and execute against milestones.
- Experience in customer-facing roles or technical support functions.
- Familiarity with program or project management methodologies.
- Comfortable presenting updates and metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
