Position: Construction Project Manager (Safety-focused, highly skilled)
- Pay rate: $54
- Location: 6600 Walmore Road, Niagara Falls, NY 14304-1638, United States
- Duration: 2 years
- Project Details:
- Major brownfield redevelopment project
- Demolition of an existing large structure
- Construction of a new Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB)
- Major brownfield redevelopment project
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all project phases from inception to completion
- Prioritize onsite jobsite safety and regulatory compliance
- Maintain transparent budget oversight
- Manage contractors and ensure cross-functional site coordination
- Bridge project deliverables with stakeholder expectations
- Coordinate technical input and critical project deliverables
- Oversee construction, design, and commissioning activities to high standards
- Support delivery, installation, and commissioning of critical equipment
- Act as Project Manager for equipment delivery, installation, and commissioning when required
- Manage all project phases from inception to completion
- Requirements:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or any related courses
- Atleast 7 years of experience in Project management specially in PEMB.
