Production Mailroom Supervisor (Night Shift) – Onsite
Are you passionate about developing your career while helping others grow? If so, we are seeking a Supervisor of Production Operations to join our dynamic team onsite in Coppell, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for all facets of production, including machine insertion, manual insertion, and offline metering machines. You will develop and implement strategies to improve Productivity, Efficiency, and Quality (PEQ) along with the overall talent development of all associates. As a Supervisor, you will ensure appropriate staff levels are maintained, and all associates are properly trained to perform their functions, ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met in a timely manner.

- Evening Shift:
- Off-Peak: Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM CT
- Peak: Monday – Friday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM CT
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Client Mail Room (Insertion/Manual) teams, ensuring all work produced meets client expectations and SLAs.
- Maximize productivity, efficiency, and quality by collaborating with internal clients and external vendors.
- Address equipment problems and coordinate repairs with relevant vendors in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure materials are printed and shipped according to client deadlines.
- Work with management on staffing levels and communicate requirements to temp agencies.
- Ensure timely completion of testing and thorough evaluation of new products, hardware, and software.
- Design and implement daily production reports monitoring productivity, quality, unit costs, and backlogs.
- Crosstrain staff and document procedures to support night shift functions.
- Identify and develop key staff members through training and work assignments.
- Provide technical assistance and prepare performance reviews and development plans for staff.
- Monitor and address inventory concerns with Account Management and Procurement.
- Recommend and implement cost containment initiatives to reduce expenses where appropriate.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- 4-5 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a Print, Mail, or Insert setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Associate’s degree or higher is preferred
- Availability to work the specified night shift hours, including some weekends
Compensation:
- $63,000 – $65,000 annually
- Annual bonus eligibility
