Location: Commerce. Ca
Schedule Options: $22.00
- Day Shift: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)

Overview:
We are seeking Warehouse Administrative Support team members to assist our growing operations over the next several months. These roles will support key warehouse functions including communication, order processing, documentation, and scheduling to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to incoming warehouse emails related to receiving, will calls, returns, intercompany transfers, supplier transfers, and more
- Process all will-call orders: create pick documents, coordinate with warehouse team to ensure fulfillment
- Manage the will-call window for customers, suppliers, and internal sales team
- Process and monitor intercompany transfers in SAP, ensuring timely warehouse picking
- Schedule transportation for intercompany transfers
- Scan and upload delivery invoices and inbound PO documents into designated software
- Track and manage CHEP pallet inventory; coordinate pickups when excess is onsite
- Enter and maintain warehouse data for new products in SAP
- Print pick labels for night shift and invoices as trucks are completed
- Ensure proper documentation is provided to drivers for all outbound shipments
- Schedule inbound deliveries with carriers and warehouse receiving team
Qualifications:
- Prior administrative experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
