Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 base + commission (First-year earnings potential of $100,000+)

Overview:
Our client, a leading provider of motion control products and engineered systems, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to manage and grow a well-established customer base across the Louisville and Lexington areas. This is a direct hire opportunity for a results-driven sales professional with experience in technical, industrial, or distribution sales.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow an assigned territory by developing new business and expanding existing accounts

Promote a full range of motion control products, safety valves, connectors, dry bulk handling systems, and engineered solutions

Conduct regular customer visits to provide technical consultation and problem-solving
-
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless customer service
-
Identify and document customer cost-saving opportunities and value-added services
-
Analyze territory performance and provide regular updates to leadership
-
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account development activity
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
-
2–4 years of inside or outside sales experience, preferably in industrial distribution or fluid power products
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-
Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territor
Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive base salary: $50,000 – $70,000

Uncapped commission with first-year earning potential of $100,000 or more
