Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Manufacturing Operator II to join our production team in Bessemer City. This role is responsible for operating mixing equipment, handling materials, and ensuring efficient, high-quality output in a clean manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret work orders to determine production specifications and requirements

  
  

• Measure material quantities using scales and analytical balances

  
  

• Pull and verify appropriate materials, including checking lot numbers and inventory accuracy

  
  

• Operate blending equipment including 100-liter, 450-liter, and 1000-liter Mixaco machines

  
  

• Maintain consistent production output while adhering to quality standards

  
  

• Use forklifts to move raw materials and finished goods between departments

  
  

• Conduct visual inspections and report any product quality issues

  
  

• Follow PPE and safety protocols at all times

  
  

• Complete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial production preferred

  
  

• Forklift experience required; certification is a plus

  
  

• Ability to follow work instructions, document production data, and maintain attention to detail

  
  

• Familiarity with mixing/blending operations and handling raw materials

  
  

• Physically capable of lifting, standing, and moving for extended periods

  
  

• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
