? Location: Commerce, CA
? Pay: $23/hour
? Schedule: 1st Shift ONLY | Full-Time, On-Site

Kelly  is seeking a Sales Admin to support our CDOP (On Premise National Accounts Compliance) and Sales Coordination teams. This hybrid role plays a key part in managing supplier programming, program execution, internal tracking systems, and supporting logistics for sales and national account teams.


Key Responsibilities:
? Program Management & Compliance (CDOP)

  • Enter and manage supplier programming data in the CA Signal tracker for both regional and national accounts

  • Create and maintain chain actions in the BBG form

  • Scrub and validate new program placements for accuracy

  • Archive outdated programming and maintain accurate records of active/inactive customers

  • Monitor and resolve customer roster distribution gaps

  • Deliver internal New Chain Action communications to the BBG CA Sales team

  • Maintain and update the BBG CA CDOP SharePoint

? Chain HQ Support

  • Update and maintain authorized grids, planner/ad trackers, and price surveys

  • Add competitive item data and manage new item/DC tracking

  • Submit DSD Vendor Transfer Forms

  • Review and update pricing for AVP/Safeway

  • Pull and track invoices and QD Bills from AVP and Costco portals

? Sales Coordination & Event Logistics

  • Process supplier withdrawals and update trackers

  • Coordinate deliveries for supplier-sponsored special events

  • Process sample requests from sales reps

  • Manage orders impacted by inventory gaps or allocation issues

Required Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)

  • Familiarity with SharePoint and the Microsoft Office Suite

  • Highly organized and extremely detail-oriented

  • Excellent data entry accuracy and ability to handle high volumes

  • Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Previous experience in sales support, compliance, logistics, or admin coordination preferred
