Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Pay Range: $28.00 – $32.00/hour ($35.00/hour for top-level candidates)
Schedule:
- 
	
Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM 
 
- 
	
Friday: 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM 
 
- 
	
Saturdays (Busy Season, August–January): 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM 
Additional Benefits:

Annual bonus (3–4% of salary)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator I / Chain Machine Technician with hands-on manual machining experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with lathes, Bridgeports, grinders, and other manual machines. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficient and safe operation of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- 
	
Operate manual and semi-automated machines, including lathes, Bridgeports, and grinders 
 
- 
	
Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment 
 
- 
	
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical malfunctions with minimal downtime 
 
- 
	
Install, inspect, and adjust new and existing production equipment 
 
- 
	
Collaborate with other technicians and operators to ensure production goals are met 
 
- 
	
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment 
 
- 
	
Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures 
Requirements:
- 
	
Minimum of 3 years of experience operating manual machines 
 
- 
	
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills 
 
- 
	
Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs independently 
 
- 
	
Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures 
 
- 
	
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work 
 
- 
	
Willingness to work extended hours during the busy season
