At Kelly®, we’re seeking an Associate Customer Service Representative to work at a premiere chemical manufacturing client in Marlborough, MA.

Pay Rate: Hourly rate of $27
Experience a hybrid work setup: 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.

Associate Customer Service Representative:
• Addressing customer inquiries and providing timely, courteous problem resolutions.
• Monitoring resolution processes and coordinating with departments to fulfill customer requirements.
• Participating in initiatives for continuous improvement through best practices, training, and auditing.

• Collaborate with a vibrant team dedicated to customer satisfaction and ongoing improvement.
• Enhance your skills with key applications like SAP-R3, SharePoint, and Salesforce.com.
• Work closely across departments, ensuring all compliance and regulations are met.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a college degree with previous experience in customer service, beyond call center and/or retail experience.    

• Experience using SAP-R3 (REQUIRED, please have details on resume to be considered). Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of SAP experience which includes placing orders, creating deliverables and invoicing.    
Previous knowledge of the Sales to Cash(STC)/Requisition to Pay (RTP) process is preferred. 
Excellent phone communications and interpersonal skills with multiple functional groups including CSRs, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Management, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Warehouse and Transportation personnel as well as external customer contacts.
• High level Microsoft Excel proficiency is required (including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). 
Salesforce and SharePoint experience is a plus.
This position requires an ability to adjust with ease to new conditions and personnel and to exhibit competence and maturity to encourage confidence from Customers, Businesses, Distributors and Subsidiaries.
Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement change.
