Job Summary:
Reporting to the Financial Operations Manager, you will work independently while collaborating with various teams including Aftermarket Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Accounting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage standard accounting and administrative tasks while supporting the overall administrative function. Job Specifications:
– Job Type: Full-time
– Location: Appleton, WI
– Pay Rate: $24 to $26/HR
– Shift: standard business hours
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Create and process customer and supplier invoices.
– Perform follow-ups on invoices as needed.
– Obtain and follow up on supplier documentation.
– Assist with reconciliation of Aftermarket orders.
– Process inventory transactions and assist with bi-annual physical inventory counts.
– Maintain audit documentation and perform audits as directed.
– Back up the Aftermarket Administrative Specialist by entering orders and creating purchase orders.
– Support other activities within the Administrative Department as required.
– Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
– Complete additional tasks/projects assigned by the Financial Operations Manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Associate degree in accounting or finance preferred.
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience in related roles.
– Strong organizational skills with accurate document control.
– Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficient in accurate data entry.
– Self-directed with the ability to work as part of a team.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Proficient in MS Office / O365 applications.
