Duration: 5-6 months
Pay: $28.00/hour
Hours: 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm
As the Administrative Assistant to our Ethics and Compliance team, you’ll be the backbone of our operation, keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be instrumental in:
- Ensuring our third-party relationships are secure and compliant by managing supplier registration requests and resolving issues with lightning speed.
- Gathering critical risk assessment information from stakeholders to support enhanced due diligence and communicating findings with clarity and precision.
- Supporting compliance awareness campaigns and special projects that promote a culture of ethics throughout the company.
- Monitoring and managing our ethics and compliance email accounts, ensuring no communication goes unnoticed and all actions are tracked meticulously.
- Handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
What You Need to Succeed:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent), but an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a definite plus!
- 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a legal, compliance, or corporate setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- An unwavering commitment to integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Problem-solving skills that turn challenges into opportunities.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
