Job Title: Picker/Packer
Location: Monroe, NC 28110
Pay Rate: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour
Shifts Available: 1st Shift and 2nd Shift
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Full-Time
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm


Position Overview:

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to support warehouse operations in Monroe, NC. This role is essential in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, modeled after high-performance environments such as O’Neil Digital Solutions. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced settings and take pride in accuracy and teamwork.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Picking: Accurately locate and retrieve products based on order specifications (SKU, quantity, size, etc.)


  • Quality Control: Inspect items for damage, defects, or inconsistencies before packing


  • Packing: Safely package products using materials like boxes, bubble wrap, and packing paper


  • Labeling & Documentation: Apply shipping labels and verify order details (order numbers, addresses, etc.)


  • Inventory Support: Assist with stock movement, cycle counts, and updates using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)


  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and properly use tools and personal protective equipment (PPE)


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Attention to Detail: Must ensure high accuracy in picking and packing


  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods


  • Experience: Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred but not required


  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
