Location: Bristol, Connecticut
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday)
Industry: Manufacturing / Packaging
Pay: $23/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
A growing packaging manufacturer in Bristol, CT is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Service Administrator to join its administrative team. This role supports both customer interactions and internal operations by handling order entry, communication, and coordination across departments in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email

Accurately process and enter customer orders and product specifications
-
Maintain strong customer relationships by delivering prompt, professional support

Troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues efficiently and effectively
-
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment

Track and follow up on order status, shipping details, and any special customer requirements

Help identify sales opportunities; performance-based bonus available

Maintain organized digital and physical records related to orders and communications
Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service, administration, or order processing (manufacturing experience preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Quick learner with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
