Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00
Hours per Week: 32.00
Administrative Assistant:
• Providing professional administrative support to a group of employees under the direction of team leadership.
• Maintaining document retention within the Operational Document Management Systems, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Acting as a department focal point for external vendors and service providers, managing schedules and meetings for team leadership.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and are comfortable managing leadership schedules.
• Demonstrate good problem-solving and communication skills, with a strong desire for teamwork and continuous learning.
• Are flexible and resilient, able to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities while maintaining productivity.
• Experience in a fast paced administrative position required
