About the Role:
Kelly Services is seeking Machine Operators to join a fast-paced, innovative glass manufacturing team in Manchester, NY. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential. If you’re hands-on, mechanically inclined, and eager to grow in a modern production environment—we want to hear from you!
Pay and Schedule:

Starting at $16+/hour (based on experience)

Monday – Friday
-
Start time: 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM
-
Shift length: 8–10 hours (overtime available)
-
Perk: Occasional early-out Fridays
Job Duties:
You may be responsible for:
-
Lifting and moving large glass panes with a team member
-
Preparing glass for shipping (using tabs and shrink-wrap)
-
Laminating and sealing glass units
-
Caulking aluminum-framed glass panels
-
Operating machinery in a production setting
What We’re Looking For:
-
Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented
-
Comfortable with physically active, hands-on work
-
Team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
-
Prior machine operation or manufacturing experience is a plus, not a must
