Job Title: Pick and Pack Worker – Packaging Associate
Location: Bedford Park, IL
Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (7 am – 7 pm or 7 pm – 7 am)
Pay: $15.00/hour for day shift, $16.00/hourr for night shift
Schedule:

• Week 1 – 3 days on, 2 days off
  

• Week 2 – 2 days on, 3 days off

Responsibilities:
As a Packaging Associate, you will manage all aspects of product packaging for your assigned work cell. Your duties will include:

• Inspecting finished products to ensure compliance with quality and packaging standards.
  

• Communicating any product quality or packing concerns to leadership.
  

• Stacking, counting, and weighing products according to work station guidelines, placing them in poly bags.
  

• Verifying correct stamp codes.
  

• Packaging finished goods into boxes, gaylords, or pallets with attention to packaging or stacking patterns.
  

• Reporting supply needs, including boxes, poly bags, ink, tape, etc.
  

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas.
  

• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience.
  

• Ability to lift 25-40 lbs.
  

• Adherence to GMP, PPE, and dress code policies.
  

• Compliance with Plant General Safety Rules, Core Safety Rules, Critical Safety Rules, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
  

• Steel-toed shoes are required.
