Lamination & Assembly Operator – 2nd or 3rd Shift | Start ASAP
Located 15–20 minutes from Henrietta, Avon, and Honeoye Falls

We’re hiring Lamination & Assembly Operators in Lima, NY for a clean, organized manufacturing facility. Full training is provided—no experience required! These are full-time, temp-to-hire roles offering steady work and weekly pay.

Available Shifts:

  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30AM – 3:00 PM — $16.00 per hour

  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM — $17.60 per hour

  • 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM — $18.40 per hour

Note:  3rd shift required training may be on 1st or 2nd shift

Job Duties:

  • Operate lamination and assembly equipment (training provided)

  • Assemble plastic products and materials by hand or with machines

  • Inspect products for accuracy and quality

  • Package and label finished products for shipping

  • Follow written instructions and safety procedures

What You’ll Need:

  • Dependable transportation (facility not accessible by bus)

  • Willingness to stand, move, and use your hands throughout the shift

  • Ability to read and follow written instructions in English

  • Solid attendance and teamwork attitude
