Job details
We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Consumer Engagement Specialist to join our Communications team on a part-time basis. In this role, you’ll be responding to consumer inquiries and building lasting relationships.
Location: Austin, MN
Pay: $21.50/hour
Hours: 3 days/week, 24hrs, with work hours of 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. May be required to work more hours, if needed.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and more, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns with empathy and efficiency, turning challenges into positive experiences.
- Professionally respond to a variety of consumer questions about specific products, to include all advertising and promotions associated with each product.
- Learn all about our product lines and help customers find the perfect solutions.
