Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Administrator to support our returns processing and quality control operations. This hands-on role involves sorting and documenting returned products, maintaining compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards, and proofreading critical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:

Sort, count, weigh, and scan returned products per departmental procedures

Read and interpret return documentation to determine quantities and materials

Maintain accurate records and documentation integrity

Disposition materials according to training and guidelines

Proofread client documents for accuracy and completeness

Ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards

Support the organization’s quality programs

Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
-
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
-
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, standing, and repetitive motion

Strong reading, documentation, and proofreading skills
-
Comfortable working in a regulated environment with strict safety and quality standards

Willingness to learn and follow departmental procedures

Clear thinking, judgment, and the ability to multitask under deadlines
Work Environment:
This role requires both mental focus and physical stamina, including frequent standing, lifting, and handling of products. Exposure to pharmaceutical or chemical materials may occur.
