Machine Operator
Location: Morristown, IN
Period: for 2 or 3 weeks (longer, at least a month)
Hours: full 40 hours a week
Shift: 1st, 7am – 3pm, Mon -Fri
Training Wage: $20
Standard shifts after training:
Standard 5 day Work Week
- 2nd shift Monday – Friday (2PM to 10PM or 3PM to 11PM assigned after interview)
- 3rd shift Sunday – Thursday (10PM to 6AM or 11PM to 7AM assigned after interview)
Payrate:
$23 for 2nd and 3rd shift ($20 + $3 shift diff)
*OT will be worked in 4-hour increments during the week, subject to working weekends, sign up previous week

Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment for production.
- Maintain quality and efficiency in manufacturing processes.
- Follow safety protocols and report to the production supervisor.
Requirements:
- Ability to be on your feet the entire shift and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in warehouse/production preferred.
- Strong safety and attendance record.
- Availability for 2nd or 3rd shifts after training.
