Location: Richmond, VA
Pay: $24.00/hr (6 month contract)

Summarized Purpose: Kelly is seeking an Operations Finance Coordinator to perform a variety of administrative functions in support of our Operations Finance department. This role is essential in ensuring that financial processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Essential Functions:
- Prepare invoices and credit memos in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain data structures for loading into financial management systems, including:
- Budget data manipulation, consolidation, and uploading.
- Project set-up for billing and time tracking purposes.
Education and Experience:
- High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent, with relevant formal academic or vocational qualification.
- Technical positions may require a certificate.
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 years).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Confidence in handling sensitive information and data effectively.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while delivering high-quality results.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with analytical thinking and a problem-solving attitude.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles.
