- Rotating Shift Schedule: 7 days on 7 days off 12-hour shifts. Schedule will begin 8am-5pm for training, then transition to 12 hours a day. The transition could be 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am as needed.
- Pay Rate: $18/hr.
- Temp to hire
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize processes for extracting citrus distilled oils.
- Conduct quality control testing to ensure product consistency and purity.
- Collaborate with the production team to enhance efficiency and output.
- Stay updated with industry trends and innovations in essential oils.
- Assist in the formulation of new products using citrus oils.
- Maintain accurate records of production and quality assessments.
- Provide training and support to junior team members as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Backgrounds with Blending/ Still Operation/ or distillation.
- Proven experience in essential oil extraction and production.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in oil production.
